Is there a pre-made story/adventure/campaign to play through in the book?
No, there is no set solo adventure to play through. That would be a little more like a ‘Choose-your-own-adventure’ book.
Instead, a solo RPG is a set of rules that create a set of simple ‘prompts’ which you as a player interpret as an adventure, which you write down in a journal that you keep.
All the book provides is the system by which your encounters are procedurally generated, and the setting, and some artwork to set the scene, and then it is up to you and your imagination to tell the story there!

Is Colostle suitable for children?
The prompts that the game throws at players are things like ‘a ruined structure’, or, ‘an ancient machine’, or ‘a bandit on the road’. These are deliberately broad and open to interpretation to allow for your imagination to fill the gaps.
There is nothing in the book or the setting that is unsuitable for children, from an imagery or wording perspective. There is combat in the game, either people vs people, or people vs the large stone giants known as Rooks. This combat can result in death but there is nothing violent, gory or visceral in the book itself. How you as a player choose to write about this encounters could either add or exclude those sort of details.
When making Colostle I intended it to be for everyone, all ages.

Yes! This campaign is working with backerkit to allow you the ability to manage and add to your pledge after the campaign is finished and before your reward goes out! What are the 'CHEAPER SHIPPING' reward tiers?
These tiers were added later when I found a better deal for international shipping costs. If you are a new backer, and you live outside the UK, make sure you select one of the ‘CHEAPER SHIPPING’ tiers if you are pledging at a £20 tier or higher. If you are pledging at a lower level than £20 then you don’t need to worry. Those shipping costs are accurate.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
